Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for an experienced Developer with strong front-end development skills, particularly in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries such as React.
- I have full software development lifecycle experience and a solid understanding of modern software engineering best practices.
- I possess good business acumen, with experience in start-ups or SMEs.
- I have experience with AWS.
- I hold a degree in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- I will join a small technology team and take ownership of front-end development work.
- I will work on a variety of projects, ensuring that I see the results of my work quickly and can influence technical decision-making.
- I will collaborate with backend engineers who use Python in an AWS environment.
Description
As a Senior JavaScript Developer, I will have the opportunity to join a technology start-up focused on producing a software suite for legal firms. This innovative solution aims to significantly reduce para-legal workloads and has already garnered substantial interest in the market, offering plenty of Greenfield development work. My role is based in Central Manchester for three days a week, with the flexibility to work from home the other two days. The compensation package for this impactful role includes a salary of up to £85k, 25 days of holiday, a pension plan, and excellent career progression opportunities as the company scales.
