Requirements
Must:
We seek candidates with proven experience in IT Management, preferably within a fast-scaling environment. You should possess strong hands-on expertise across Infrastructure, Networking (WAN/LAN), and ERP projects. A solid understanding of IT service management and IT security/cybersecurity best practices is essential. We are looking for an effective team leader who is a confident communicator across various functions. Familiarity with the Microsoft tech stack, particularly Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and Azure, is desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead day-to-day IT operations, support, and infrastructure delivery. I will drive the ERP roadmap, including selection, implementation, and optimization, while managing multi-site networks, systems, and IT service performance. Oversight of cybersecurity, compliance, and disaster recovery planning will be under my purview. Additionally, I will mentor a small IT team and manage third-party vendors.

The position is predominantly based on-site in Hampshire due to the nature of the role, though flexible hours are possible outside of core times.
