We are seeking candidates who have proven experience in a senior IT infrastructure leadership role, ideally within logistics, supply chain, or another fast-paced environment. You should possess deep technical knowledge of infrastructure technologies, including networks, servers, storage, and cloud, along with strong expertise in cybersecurity. A track record of delivering infrastructure projects with measurable business outcomes is essential. Additionally, excellent leadership skills, stakeholder engagement, and supplier management experience are required. Financial acumen, particularly in managing CapEx and OpEx budgets, is important, and familiarity with ITIL, automation, and DevOps tools would be desirable.
Responsibilities
As part of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and management of both on-premise and cloud infrastructure, ensuring resilience, scalability, and high availability across all operational sites. You will also own and strengthen our organization's cybersecurity posture. In terms of service delivery and operations, you will manage the IT Service Desk and infrastructure teams to provide timely, customer-focused support while driving continual service improvement and root-cause resolution. You will shape and deliver the infrastructure roadmap in collaboration with the CIO, identifying and implementing emerging technologies that enhance performance and security. Additionally, you will foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture and support your team members' personal and professional development. You will maintain the infrastructure and security risk register, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies, while managing supplier relationships to maximize service quality and value.
