Requirements
Must:
- Senior-level CRM platform management experience, with Salesforce being essential and HubSpot desirable.
- Background in complex B2B environments; experience in events or media is an advantage.
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to link CRM capabilities to revenue growth.
- Hands-on knowledge of data quality, governance, and compliance.
- Proven track record of managing teams and driving adoption of CRM platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills across technical and commercial functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and governance of Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Manage a team of 5-8 CRM specialists, focusing on driving adoption, training, and process improvement.
- Ensure that CRM systems support key business processes, such as sales order and contract management, order-to-cash, and reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
- Oversee data quality, integrity, governance, and compliance within CRM platforms.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships, contracts, and budget.
- Align CRM strategy with business growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
Description
We are creating a brand-new senior role to lead the integration and optimization of Salesforce and HubSpot. This position is central to shaping how we manage customer data, enabling our sales, marketing, and finance teams to operate effectively through world-class CRM platforms. This is your chance to build a new CRM function from the ground up in a hybrid London-based role with high visibility across the business. We offer a competitive package with a 12-month contract and strong potential for extension or permanent conversion.
