Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with SAP Business Objects, with the ability to build reports from scratch.
- Previous experience working with iTrent or similar HR/payroll systems.
- Analytical mindset capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- A problem-solver who can improve processes and enhance system performance.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills and experience in HR systems administration.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain reports using SAP Business Objects, ensuring accurate HR data insights.
- Support system improvements, integrations, and upgrades, particularly within iTrent.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with payroll and HR teams to ensure smooth operations of the system.
- Ensure GDPR compliance and maintain high-quality data management.
Description
