Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with strong hands-on experience in supply chain administration within a manufacturing environment. You should have a practical working knowledge of Sage X3 ERP or similar systems. We value individuals who are comfortable working in a small team and are willing to wear multiple hats across operations. Additionally, being highly organized, proactive, and detail-focused will be essential in this role.
Responsibilities
In this position, I will expect you to oversee and manage daily supply chain administration, which includes tasks such as order entry, procurement, planning, and logistics. You will maintain and optimize the Sage X3 ERP to support our operational processes and ensure data accuracy while driving ERP discipline across supply chain functions. You will assist in production planning and site operations alongside the site manager, as well as support ongoing improvements to our business workflow and supply chain efficiency.

This is a permanent, site-based role located in Hinckley, Leicestershire, and offers a competitive salary of £40,000. Joining our established and growing manufacturing business presents a unique opportunity for you to make a real impact. This varied, hands-on role allows you to engage across supply chain and ERP functions, with occasional flexibility on Fridays.
