Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator certification. - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role. - Strong knowledge of infrastructure and security management. - Experience with Azure, AWS, Intune, and Manage Engine (Endpoint Central, Applications Manager). - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. - Proficiency in managing virtual machines, network devices, and security systems. - The ability to handle complex technical issues and provide advanced support. - Strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

As a 3rd Line IT Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining and supporting Microsoft Infrastructure such as Entra ID, Azure, VMs, and hosted services while ensuring compliance with Cyber Essentials through timely patching and monitoring. - Overseeing Endpoint Management, including MDM/Intune, Apple Business Manager, and Manage Engine, while managing Autopilot deployments and enforcing security baselines. - Developing PowerShell scripts to automate processes and increase operational efficiency. - Ensuring smooth backup operations, conducting regular recovery tests, and managing incident responses for Backup & Disaster Recovery. - Proactively monitoring and enhancing infrastructure, participating in technical projects, and engaging in monthly client meetings focused on upgrades and improvements. - Handling service desk tickets, diagnosing issues, escalating when necessary, and contributing to the development of the knowledge base.
