Must:
I am looking for candidates with proven experience in IT support, preferably within the healthcare sector. You should be proficient in using Intune for device management and updates. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach are necessary. Having a driving license is preferable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via the service desk. You will be responsible for managing and updating devices using Intune, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will collaborate with other IT team members to implement solutions and improve service delivery. It's also important to document and track all support activities in our service desk system.
Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Engineer to join our team on a 4-month contract basis, working with a prominent healthcare client in Sheffield. The rate for this position is £190 per day (Inside IR35).
