Requirements
Must:
- Previous experience in IT Support.
- Experience working within a school, academy, or college is highly desired and advantageous.
- Experience in installing, maintaining, and fixing IT equipment, including servers, software, networks, hardware, and telephony.
- Proficiency in supporting Office 365.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for providing a first-class customer-facing service.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support for schools in the Milton Keynes area.
- Ensure that IT systems and services are always available, enabling students and staff to perform to the best of their ability.
- Visit various schools, which requires a valid driver's license and the ability to travel.
