Requirements
Must:
- Essential: Level 4 ICT qualification
- Full driving licence
- Strong technical skills (networking, security, Active Directory, Office 365)
- Strategic planning and communication abilities
- Desirable: Degree-level qualification and specialist certifications
- Experience in education, sustainability, and multi-site IT leadership
Responsibilities
- Maintain secure and efficient IT systems
- Oversee Office 365, communication systems, backups, and compliance
- Lead IT support desk operations
- Manage and develop IT staff across sites
- Support curriculum delivery through IT
- Enhance our digital presence, including websites, signage, and social media
- Deliver IT training and ensure compliance with policies
- Stay current with technology trends and safeguarding requirements
- Communicate updates, attend events, and travel across sites
Description
We are looking for an IT Operations Manager to join us for a six-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will support our IT Director in delivering a robust and scalable IT infrastructure that aligns with our strategic goals, focusing on professional development, digital innovation, sustainability, and growth. This position is based in West Yorkshire, with travel required to other sites. The salary for this role is £50K.
