Requirements

Must:
We are looking for candidates with demonstrable Business Analysis skills and evidence of a structured approach to analysis and documentation. You should have experience in Business Change, with a background in the Financial Services or Insurance industry. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Being extremely organized with strong time-management skills is also crucial.

Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst in our team, you will translate business strategies and objectives into business requirements. You will develop functional and operational requirements using a requirements management methodology and tools. Your role will involve assigning junior staff to document, test, and analyze final requirements. It's important for you to ensure that requirements are communicated effectively to the parties responsible for technical development and implementation. Additionally, you will define and implement best practices with internal and external vendors and continuously review those practices. You will also provide high-level project resolution and troubleshooting for projects within the business analysis team and provide direct input to management on the development of strategic initiatives for the team.
