Requirements
Must:
- I am looking for a DevOps Lead with a comprehensive technical background, particularly in Java, UNIX, Linux, Middleware, Web-Logic, and Cloud Platforms.
- You should have experience with observable tools, and demonstrate capabilities in designing, developing, and implementing technology advancements.
- Experience in improving the resilience of complex production environments is essential.
Responsibilities
- In this role, I will expect you to provide hands-on technical, functional, and management support for global critical applications.
- You will own the strategy and delivery of automation and improvements in application and infrastructure monitoring.
- Managing the resilience of our platforms is vital, along with applying forward-thinking solutions to drive transformation and enhance our technology landscape.
- You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to improve performance across group technology.

You will play a pivotal role in driving cutting-edge DevOps practices, technology-centric transformation, and collaborating closely with global technology teams to deliver impactful solutions. This permanent position offers a salary range of £70,000 to £80,000 plus benefits, based out of our Central Birmingham offices with a hybrid working model.
