Requirements
Must:
- Experience leading Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure/cloud migration projects from scoping to rollout.
- Expertise in delivering technical solutions and infrastructure migrations while ensuring quality and acting as an escalation point.
- Ability to develop and maintain cybersecurity strategies aligned with industry standards.
- Skills in building secure user devices and managing device integrity and anti-malware.
- Proficiency in implementing proactive monitoring and automation tools for predictive operations.
- Experience driving service management improvements, including ticketing and root cause analysis.
- Knowledge of robust backup strategies and data integrity across both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Expertise in infrastructure, endpoint security, network services, RMM, and ITIL-based service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Azure/cloud migration projects from inception to launch.
- Deliver high-quality technical solutions and oversee infrastructure migrations as the primary escalation point.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy for all customers, ensuring adherence to industry standards.
- Design and construct secure user devices, including PCs and laptops, integrating anti-malware measures and ensuring device integrity.
- Enhance service management practices through continuous improvement in ticketing systems and conducting thorough root cause analyses.
- Ensure the suitability of all backup strategies, whether on-premises or cloud-based, with effective monitoring and management processes to uphold data integrity and support business continuity.
