Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with solid experience in an office or helpdesk IT role. You should have experience working with ERP systems, particularly in implementations, integrations, and support. A good understanding of Windows Server environments, networks, and basic SQL/database concepts is essential. You must be able to work independently and manage your own workload effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset will help you succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will deliver hands-on IT support for both on-site and remote users, addressing hardware, software, and systems issues. You will take ownership of ERP support, ensuring you understand how it benefits various departments and helping to optimize and simplify its use across the business. You will also play a key role in ERP integrations and implementations, assisting departments in translating their needs into system improvements. Additionally, you'll monitor and maintain our IT systems and infrastructure, including Windows Server, networks, user accounts, and devices. Occasional travel to other UK/EU sites may be required.
