Requirements
Must:
- Experience in tanker work is preferred.
- In-date DIGI and CPC card.
- Enthusiastic, reliable, helpful, and organized individual.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- Motivated and open to learning new skills.
- Demonstrates an excellent attitude towards work.
Responsibilities
- I will require you to collect milk from farms, completing between 8 and 15 collections per day.
- Shifts will be 10 to 12 hours long.
- This is a hands-on role, as my site operates 24/7, 365 days a year; you will be expected to work if your rota falls on bank holidays.
- Training will be provided on tanker collections.
Description
We are currently recruiting Class 1 Tanker drivers for a permanent position at our busy Amesbury depot due to the rapid expansion of our business. We are part of a well-established and well-known international dairy company with a modern and well-maintained fleet. Shifts available include: - Thursday to Monday starting at 17:00 - Wednesday to Sunday starting at 17:00 - Tuesday to Saturday starting at 17:00 Our pay rates are as follows: Day pay rates: - Monday – Friday: £15.87 (overtime after 47.5 hours: £17.85) - Saturday: £17.85 - Sunday and Bank Holidays: £23.80 Night pay rates: - Monday – Friday: £18.13 (overtime after 47.5 hours: £20.39) - Saturday: £20.39 - Sunday and Bank Holidays: £27.19 Please note that only a 30-minute break is deducted from your pay per shift.
