Requirements
Must:
As an applicant for the Application Support Developer position, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven commercial application support experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of ITIL
- Proficiency in problem, change, and incident management
- Familiarity with the application testing lifecycle
- Technical development skills including:
- Linux, Python, and XML
- Perl or a similar scripting language
- JavaScript (any variant)
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be part of a dynamic application support function, working alongside a talented group of experienced application support professionals. Your key responsibilities will include providing application support, participating in system implementations, and handling integrations.
Description
This position is initially a fixed-term role for 18 months, offering hybrid working arrangements with an expectation of one day a week in our Birmingham office. As our successful applicant, you will receive a starting salary between £50,000 - £55,000, along with an excellent pension plan and 33 days of annual leave.
