Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who have proven experience in IT risk management, security governance, and compliance. You should possess strong knowledge of ISO27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS, and cybersecurity frameworks. Experience in IT audit coordination and risk assessment methodologies is essential. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are a must. While not required, certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable.

In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and manage IT risks across infrastructure, data protection, and lifecycle management. You will own and maintain the IT risk register, ensuring that mitigation plans are effectively implemented. Aligning risk management frameworks with industry standards such as ISO27001, NIST, and CIS Critical Controls is key. You will lead IT audits, coordinate fieldwork, and track findings to ensure timely resolutions. Additionally, you will develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and security awareness initiatives, serving as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide guidance on IT governance, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
Description
We offer a full-time hybrid working arrangement with one day per week in the office, along with a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £70,000 plus a 10% discretionary performance-related bonus.
