Must:
We are looking for a SIEM Engineer with proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing SIEM solutions using Splunk. You should be skilled in data onboarding, creating correlation rules, and developing dashboards and reports to enhance security visibility. Additionally, you must be capable of developing and maintaining detection use cases, alerts, and response playbooks based on threat intelligence and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will monitor, tune, and optimize Splunk performance to ensure the availability, scalability, and accuracy of security event logging and analysis. You will also work closely with SOC analysts, incident response teams, and threat hunting teams to enhance threat detection, investigation capabilities, and response effectiveness.
Description
This position offers a day rate of £500, is classified as outside IR35, and involves a hybrid work arrangement in London. The duration of the contract is 6 months.
