Requirements
Must:
I require proven experience in systems engineering for software-driven solutions. Expertise in software integration and lifecycle management, specifically ISO 15288 & 12207, is essential. A strong background in requirements management, particularly with IBM DOORS Next, is desirable. I also value knowledge of engineering lifecycle models, both Waterfall and Agile, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA. Prior experience in modeling or simulation development is advantageous. I need someone who can lead cross-discipline engineering teams and manage technical reviews.
Responsibilities
I will expect you to provide technical leadership for a team of systems and software engineers. You will apply systems engineering principles to software-based simulation systems. You will develop equipment design, network architecture, and software frameworks. Additionally, you will manage requirements decomposition and technical specifications using IBM DOORS Next. Directing architectural modeling and interface definitions using CATIA Magic (Cameo) will also be part of your role. You will define system integration and acceptance strategies for software-based solutions and ensure compliance with customer, legislative, and business requirements.
