Requirements
Must:
- 5 years of experience working with UKG Pro as a technical analyst
- Strong understanding of UKG modules: Advanced/Basic Scheduling, Timekeeping, Attendance, Absence Analytics, Data Hub, ESS, Attestation, Clocks
- Experience with system integrations, particularly via Dell Boomi
- Proven experience working within Agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with product-oriented delivery models
- Nice to Have: UKG certifications or relevant professional qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced or retail environments
- Knowledge of GDPR and data protection compliance
- Prior work with enterprise payroll or HRIS solutions
Responsibilities
- Lead technical analysis and solution implementation for UKG Pro and WFM modules
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams during Agile sprints
- Manage technical backlog items, epics, and user stories
- Configure, test, and deploy system updates for payroll and P&C modules
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
- Troubleshoot system interfaces and integrations
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and data privacy standards
