Requirements
Must:
- I need someone with extensive Oracle development experience and strong PL/SQL programming capabilities.
- A proven background in financial applications or within the financial services sector is essential.
- You should have a solid understanding of Windows-based client and server applications.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visual Studio / C# is a plus, but not essential.
- I expect you to be comfortable working in structured Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams.
- You should be detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving problems and driving improvements.
Responsibilities
- You will deliver high-quality Oracle PL/SQL development work aligned with evolving project requirements.
- Your role will include enhancing and supporting existing financial applications within an Agile development environment.
- Collaboration with developers, analysts, and testers to design, develop, and validate new features will be part of your responsibilities.
- Conducting root cause analysis and providing effective production support will be essential in your daily tasks.
- Participating in code reviews and actively contributing to team knowledge sharing is expected.
- You will also maintain technical documentation within JIRA and Confluence.
- It's important that all changes you make adhere to compliance, change management, and Agile standards.
