We are looking for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in data management and BI roles. You should possess strong knowledge of master data domains, governance frameworks, and BI tools. A proven ability to lead transformation projects and deliver strategic insights is essential. Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills are vital for this role. We prefer a proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will lead the development and implementation of data governance policies and procedures. You will manage the integrity and consistency of master data across systems and business units. Additionally, you will design and deliver best-in-class BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL. Creating data warehouses and leveraging AI to enhance reporting and analytics will be key components of your responsibilities. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and drive continuous improvement and innovation in data and reporting practices.
