Requirements
Must:
I am looking for candidates with demonstrable experience in Oracle Fusion, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Integrator, and preferably Fusion Data Intelligence. The ideal applicant should possess a strong knowledge of Fusion modules and underlying data schemas (with a focus on HCM and ERP), extensive practical experience working with data pipelines, and proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL. Additionally, a solid understanding of performance tuning in reporting environments and experience integrating with Master Data Management solutions is essential. Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle PaaS, and Fusion Middleware is preferred.

Responsibilities
In this role, I expect you to leverage FDI subject areas and augment models where required to meet business requirements. You will optimize data performance and query execution within Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and ensure data integrity, consistency, and alignment with source systems. Engaging with report writers, you will maintain and enhance reporting solutions using Oracle data visualization.
I also need you to support data governance, security, and RBAC in reporting solutions, provide operational support for Oracle Reporting platform data pipelines, and document data models, business logic, and metadata for reusability and data governance. You will troubleshoot and resolve data modeling and reporting issues across OAC, ODI, and FDI solutions. Leading best practices for OAC, ODI, and FDI deployment, security, and performance optimization is crucial. Furthermore, you will collaborate with colleagues in Technology and our third-party supplier to ensure work is well-planned, delivering to aligned goals, and championing continuous delivery in software engineering through the use of DevOps practices.
