Requirements

Must:
- I require a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. - I am looking for candidates with 3+ years of experience in embedded systems development, particularly in low-level C/C++ programming. - A solid understanding of USB HID device emulation, input redirection, and peripheral control is essential. - Proficiency in embedded Linux development and experience working with device trees, kernel modules, and video drivers is necessary. - Familiarity with networking protocols (TCP/IP, RTP, RTSP, TLS) in embedded environments is desired.

Responsibilities

- I expect you to design and implement IP KVM features in embedded environments, including video capture, encoding, and remote user input redirection. - You will develop and maintain firmware and drivers for video input devices, USB HID emulation, and network transport protocols. - You will work with Baseboard Management Controller (BMC) platforms to integrate IP KVM functionality into server and edge devices. - I need you to interface with the Linux framebuffer, DRM, or other video subsystems to capture and stream screen output. - Ensuring robust and secure communication over IP using encryption and authentication mechanisms will be part of your role. - You will also debug and profile low-level system issues, collaborating closely with hardware and software teams.

The salary for this position ranges from £60,000 to £70,000, along with excellent benefits.
