Must:
As the hiring company, we are looking for candidates who have experience in a field-based customer service engineering role, ideally within the Retail, Hospitality, or Leisure industries. You should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Additionally, familiarity with maintaining and installing EPoS equipment is essential. We value candidates who are PC literate (proficient with the entire MS Office suite) and have the ability to learn new software packages quickly. A full UK driver’s license is also a must, given the nature of this role.
Responsibilities
As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for attending customer sites and ensuring that allocated calls are handled professionally and efficiently. Your key responsibilities will include the repair, service, and installation of various IT hardware and EPoS systems. You will conduct planned and regular maintenance of all on-site equipment and provide support and training to customers as needed. It is crucial that you deliver exemplary levels of customer service, serving as an ambassador for our company.
