We are looking for an experienced AV Technician who possesses strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering exceptional technical support. You should have extensive experience in break-fix and preventative support roles, along with a solid background in corporate AV environments. An expert knowledge of leading AV/UC/VC manufacturers and technologies, such as Crestron, Q-Sys, Biamp, Dante, and Extron, is essential. Additionally, you should be confident in operating Poly/Cisco systems and IPTV functionality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure, are also required.

Responsibilities
As a freelance AV Technician, you will support our client’s field engineering team by providing break-fix and preventative maintenance across multiple corporate sites in London. Your role will include updating and managing fault tickets to ensure timely resolution, as well as providing on-site support for live events and day-to-day corporate operations, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. You will apply your technical expertise across various AV/UC/VC technologies and will collaborate closely with an established technical team to ensure swift fault resolution and minimal operational disruption.
