Requirements

Must:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a 1st or 2nd line position - Proficiency in Microsoft Windows environments (Server and desktop) - Experience with Active Directory, user management, group policy, and software/printer management - Skills in device deployment, management, and support - Ability to perform hardware fault finding and resolution (servers, laptops, desktops, printers) - Familiarity with audio/visual equipment (touchscreens, projectors, smartboards) - Experience in network management, support, and auditing - Proficient in network fault finding and diagnostics - Desirable experience with SIMS/Arbor - Desirable knowledge of Apple iOS and/or MDM - A full driving license and access to a vehicle

Responsibilities

As an IT Service Desk Analyst, I will be responsible for delivering IT support services, including providing remote support to our customers and managing a busy helpdesk. I will work closely with senior technical staff on installations and projects, while also being actively involved in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and network issues.
