Requirements

Must:
- At least 3 years of experience in information security, specifically managing an Information Security Management System (ISMS) or delivering against information security audits. - Experience in incident management, either working with industry-standard systems or in a Security Operations Centre (SOC), or managing workstreams related to SOC functions. - Experience in executing Email Security and Data Loss Prevention. - Cloud security skills with the ability to manage a complex security environment across both on-premises and cloud solutions. - Ability to adopt, oversee, and drive the implementation of information security and cybersecurity tools, ensuring alignment with business objectives and risk posture. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically presentation skills, Excel for documentation and tracking, and Word for formal business policy and procedure development. - Experience in data handling and connectivity for systems. - Strong organizational skills, including planning and running meetings with multiple stakeholders.

- Lead the implementation and ongoing oversight of the Cyber Assessment Framework, ensuring that our systems and data remain secure and compliant. - Organize and manage critical audits, such as the CAA audit, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to meet regulatory and operational standards and managing risk and remediation plans for Cyber Risks. - Report technical findings to stakeholders and managers in a non-technical manner to facilitate informed business decision-making. - Collaborate across all Airport departments to contribute to profitable development and increased security of the business. - Manage security alerts and incidents, including threat detection and mitigation. - Write, review, and ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations, including data protection and cyber resilience standards. - Understand approaches to improving business security, implementing practical solutions, and ensuring robust implementations are completed on schedule.
