Requirements

Must:
- Extensive experience in privacy operations, consulting, or professional services. - Strong track record of leading complex, enterprise-level programmes across multiple jurisdictions. - Knowledge of operationalizing compliance with regulations like GDPR and CCPA, with the ability to deliver real-world privacy solutions. - Ability to advise senior stakeholders, including C-level leaders, with clarity and flexibility. - Credibility, pragmatism, and a results-driven mindset grounded in real-world experience. - Proficiency with platforms such as OneTrust, Transcend, or Syrenis is a plus. - Strong foundational knowledge in privacy, supported by certifications like CIPP/E or CIPM, or equivalent applied knowledge. - Ability to build trust and provide practical solutions to delivery teams and clients.

- Lead complex, enterprise-scale privacy programmes across multiple regions. - Act as a subject matter expert, supporting delivery teams and senior stakeholders in enhancing privacy operations. - Build scalable privacy rights solutions integrated into business processes. - Design RoPA solutions to empower teams to meet regulatory requirements efficiently. - Develop vendor management frameworks for informed, risk-based decision-making. - Engage in strategic roles, such as designing privacy solutions or mentoring specialists. - Collaborate with stakeholders across privacy operations, advisory, and technical architecture teams for cohesive delivery.

Description

This is a full-time, permanent role, offered on a hybrid basis, ideally requiring three days a week in our Milton Keynes office.
