Product Owner, BaaS Developer Experience

We are looking for a candidate with a background as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or a similar position in a BaaS or SaaS software development environment. You should have a proven ability to innovate, partner, and collaborate with customers or colleagues to implement the best digital experiences for our clients. Furthermore, we expect you to have the following skills and experiences: - Experience leading successful B2B or B2B2C products in a product ownership role within an API-led technology organization through all stages of the product lifecycle. - Strong understanding of APIs and associated documentation, as well as backend application development. - Relevant experience in areas such as SaaS, BaaS, Embedded Finance. - High attention to detail with a proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities while working in detailed and complex topics. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across the product and engineering organization with a wide set of teams. - A demonstrated ability to produce conclusive and measurable results. Additionally, the following experiences will be advantageous: - Experience working with API Gateways. - Familiarity with 'developer experience' as a product. - Coaching and mentoring experience for more junior product roles, such as Business Analysts.
