Lead Service Designer

In this role, you will lead user-centered design leadership and strategy by scoping, delivering, and managing components of end-to-end UCD activities across various program contexts. You will recommend and execute appropriate UCD activities based on project needs, creating and maintaining phase-appropriate UCD deliverables. It will be essential to articulate project problems, scopes, and success criteria clearly to diverse audiences through compelling communications. You will support clients throughout all phases of the design process, from ideation to implementation. Managing and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in is crucial. You'll be viewed by client project teams and senior client stakeholders as a trusted expert in your field. Additionally, you will educate stakeholders and colleagues on user-centered design methodologies and agile approaches, while keeping an eye out for new opportunities to deliver for clients, including cross-selling services. Proactively addressing blockers or risks during project delivery and working closely with the delivery manager will be part of your responsibilities. As a troubleshooter, you will manage ambiguity and navigate organizational complexities. You will also identify and pursue new opportunities with existing and new clients while shaping persuasive business proposals aligned with client needs.
