Requirements
Must:
- Solid, demonstrable experience working as a UX Designer beyond entry level
- Proven ability to own UX decisions end to end and clearly explain reasoning to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles, usability, and accessibility
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools such as Figma
- Comfortable using research, data, and testing insight to inform and validate design decisions
- Experience collaborating closely with Web Development, Content, SEO, and Marketing teams
- Bonus Points: Experience working in product, tech, or performance-led environments
- Familiarity with analytics, CRO, or usability testing
- Exposure to HTML/CSS or strong awareness of implementation considerations
Responsibilities
- Strengthen our user-centred design capability across the platform
- Shape intuitive, high-performing customer journeys through UX delivery
- Engage in end-to-end UX processes including discovery, research, wireframing, prototyping, testing, and iteration
- Collaborate closely with teams including Web Development, Content, SEO, and Marketing
- Utilize research, data, and testing insights to inform design decisions
- Present UX decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders
