Requirements
Must:
- Active Security Clearance
- Strong experience as a User Researcher within government or large-scale digital environments
- Proven ability to plan and run user research using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods
- Experience working with the GDS framework, including the Service Standard and Design System
- Ability to communicate research findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders
- Understanding of accessibility, inclusive research, and ethical research practices
