Must:
- A strong portfolio of IT service design deliverables to showcase your work
- Experience in working on complex, end-to-end service design initiatives, from research and strategy to implementation
- Ability to clearly articulate design concepts, strategies, and decisions to diverse audiences, including senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in service design methods, including user research, journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, and workshop facilitation
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to synthesize content into concise summaries

In this role, I will oversee end-to-end service design projects, identifying emerging trends, data-driven improvement opportunities, and end-user needs to shape innovative services that deliver both business impact and end-user value. I will champion user-centric design by conducting workshops to understand end-user behaviors and creating solutions that align with our strategic objectives. Additionally, I will design, test, and iterate prototypes, using measurable outcomes to validate hypotheses and inform future decisions. I will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and operations, to co-create propositions that balance desirability, operational feasibility, and business viability.
Description
This exciting position offers a salary range between £47,000 and £58,000, negotiable based on experience.
