Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate with 1–2 years of FMCG experience in product development, NPD, merchandising, or packaging. You should possess strong administration, organization, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and knowledge of Adobe Illustrator or similar software is a plus. An analytical mindset is necessary as you will be working with product data, costs, and timelines. Experience working with Far East suppliers is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will support packaging and accessory projects from concept to production. This includes coordinating samples, managing feedback, and maintaining accurate specifications, Bills of Materials (BOMs), artwork, and costing. You will liaise with suppliers and factories, particularly our Far East partners, and prepare client presentations, reports, and project documentation. It will also be your responsibility to monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while conducting competitor and trend research to support product innovation.
Description
We offer a competitive salary, circa £30,000 DOE, along with 22 days of holiday plus bank holidays. Our benefits include free on-site parking and a hybrid working model, allowing one day of remote work per week. Our working hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
