Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates who possess creativity in solving complex hardware and software issues related to end-user laptops and desktops. You should have a willingness to learn how to quickly adapt to situations faced by end-users in a fast-paced environment. A general understanding of Active Directory is preferred, as is experience with maintaining password security, data integrity, and file system security for laptop environments, including the use of Bitlocker.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will leverage your troubleshooting skills to address network connectivity, application issues, hardware, audio-visual, and telephony equipment problems encountered by our end-user community. You will gain hands-on experience in configuring, deploying, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware within an enterprise environment. Additionally, you will follow established processes and procedures to ensure a high quality of work is delivered to users with minimal disruptions. You will also document incident tickets from inception through closure in an enterprise incident management system, such as ServiceNow, and gain experience with Microsoft SCCM/MECM.
