IT Manager

In this role, I will manage the IT department to ensure maximum availability of computer systems throughout the company. I will be responsible for providing IT infrastructure services, including desktop applications, local and/or wide-area networks, IT security, and telecommunications. My duties will include the selection, development, implementation, and maintenance of new business systems. I will work closely with senior management to propose, agree on, and deliver IT services to a satisfactory standard. As part of my role, I will collaborate with user departments to identify business improvements requiring IT support and prioritize these according to our goals. Additionally, I will oversee IT hardware, software, and maintenance procurement, develop and control IT policies (including security controls), and formulate a disaster recovery plan.
