As the Commercial & Operations Manager, I will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of the museum's day-to-day operations and commercial activities. I will utilize my exceptional customer service skills and experience in heritage, retail, or hospitality environments. This dynamic role will require me to leverage my organizational and management skills, as well as my expertise in customer service and retail management. I will engage with visitors to enhance our audience, improve our retail offerings, and create memorable experiences. A collaborative approach will be essential in achieving outcomes and enhancing our income-generating activities.
Description
This is a part-time opportunity to join our friendly team at the iconic Lyme Regis Museum, located on the beautiful seafront. I am looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and an interest in helping to grow our visitor base. The ideal candidate will bring energy, flexibility, and creativity to the role, contributing to the overall enhancement of our museum and its activities. The pay ranges from £26,000.00 to £28,000.00 per year, with benefits including sick pay.
