Requirements
Must:
We are looking for candidates with a proven track record in a similar BI Development role. You should demonstrate strong skills in BI tooling, particularly with SSRS or PowerBI, and possess strong SQL skills, including data queries, manipulation, and performance tuning. You will need to have a background in leading and mentoring less senior staff, as well as liaising with external representatives. Experience in unit, end-to-end, and acceptance testing is essential, and the ability to lead technical projects while working with staff of varying disciplines is crucial.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will take the lead as a subject matter expert (SME) for solution configurations, playing a significant role in implementing and testing low-code solutions. You'll be responsible for scoping development/testing projects and ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives by translating requirements into designs and solutions. As you work with our development team, you will mentor colleagues, conduct reviews, and provide sign-offs to ensure effective output. You will ensure Agile practices and best methods are integrated within the team, staying updated on new trends and technologies to enhance our processes and contribute actively to team standups.
