Must:
We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Developer who has the ability to build software solutions, including user-facing web solutions, cloud-first applications, microservices, and scalable backend offerings. Proficiency in C#, Java, or other object-oriented languages is essential, along with tools and frameworks such as REST APIs and web UI frameworks like React, Angular, Blazor, or MVC. A strong capability to work with both SQL and NoSQL databases and a collaborative approach to leading and mentoring within Agile teams are also required.
Desirable skills include working knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). Additionally, hands-on experience with systems that utilize machine learning or artificial intelligence, as well as familiarity with messaging technologies, Entity Framework, and data analytics/BI tools, would be advantageous.
Responsibilities
In this role, I will lead a small and growing team of Software and QA Engineers to deliver tailored software solutions. I will be responsible for developing cloud-first applications using C#/.NET Core and modern frontend frameworks. I will also weave emerging technology offerings and trends, such as AI-driven development and web components, into the work we deliver.
Building resilient microservices and cloud-native applications on Azure will be a key focus, alongside mentoring less senior developers and promoting best practices across our wider team.
