Requirements
Must:
We are looking for a candidate who meets the following criteria:
- 1-3 years' experience supporting within a logistics or supply chain department
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into information for reporting
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships across the business, including with senior stakeholders
- Experience working with and interpreting data
- Familiarity with systems, including Business Intelligence (BI) and previous use of ERP or CRM
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- Strong project management skills
Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Turn data into clear insights and easy-to-understand reports
- Keep customer information and follow-ups updated in Salesforce
- Stay on top of key documents like contracts, account plans, SLAs, and NPS scores
- Write and send client-related updates and letters
- Help improve team processes by identifying what works, what doesn't, and sharing ideas
- Maintain accurate Salesforce data for contacts, contracts, leads, renewals, etc.
- Ensure SOPs are current and easy to follow
- Assist in rolling out better tools and processes for smoother workflows
- Keep the Client Services SharePoint clean, organized, and up to date
- Coordinate with other teams to ensure updates are shared on time
- Lead internal meetings on contract renewals and share updates with the team and executives
- Gather and manage all client KPI data in one place
