Requirements
Must:
We are looking for an experienced PHP / Elementor Developer (Product Manager) who possesses:
- Technical skills in PHP and/or Elementor
- Previous experience in UX or coding for an e-marketplace
- Experience in leading an international team of developers
- Involvement in developing a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) is ideal, though not necessary
- Superb communication skills, with the ability to convey technical visions to non-technical teams
Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Deliver an MVP of an e-commerce marketplace from the consumer entry point to exit point
- Recruit qualified team members
- Lead the existing team of four fully remote developers
- Represent the brand while leaving your creative signature in the UX of the new e-marketplace
- Initiate and complete multiple feedback cycles on the product to facilitate continuous improvement

We are an innovative marketing agency start-up based in Portsmouth, dedicated to enriching family life in our local area through marketing support, social media management, event promotion, and e-marketplace initiatives. Joining us means becoming part of an exciting growth phase, where you will have the opportunity to engage in greenfield development, working from concept through to launch and taking ownership of all development activities. We offer a flexible 40-hour working week, with the expectation that two days per week will be spent onsite at our Portsmouth office. Our team has core working hours on Mondays and Fridays from 10 AM to 3 PM, allowing you to arrange the remaining hours around that schedule. Additionally, we provide 30 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
