Lead Full Stack PHP Developer

- A minimum of 5 years of experience with PHP and Laravel - Strong experience with Vue.JS is ideal - Ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level software developers - Excellent understanding of Laravel queues, authentication, task scheduling, mail integration, artisan, and best security practices within the web and Laravel ecosystem - Experience with cloud-based development in either AWS or Azure - Proficient in unit testing (PHPUnit/pest) - Capability to produce and document clean code - Familiarity with CSS frameworks (TailwindCSS/Bootstrap) and in-depth experience with SCSS/SASS - JavaScript experience with one or more frameworks (Vue, React, or Angular), preferably Vue; good understanding of modern frontend and backend technologies - Experience with version control (Github/Bitbucket) - Skills in working with RESTful APIs and integrating backend services - Proven experience in developing scalable web applications using Laravel and other web technologies - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team *Desirable but not essential:* - Knowledge of .NET - Participation in peer code reviews - Experience with NoSQL databases - A GitHub profile displaying samples of previously produced code - Familiarity with Docker - Understanding of Laravel Livewire/Inertia - Experience with DevOps - Knowledge of security practices, form validation, XSS prevention, database security, session management, input validation, and other OWASP guidelines
