D365 Test Manager

As the ERP Test Manager, you will lead the testing roadmap, taking full ownership of the end-to-end testing process, which includes functional, SIT, regression, performance, and UAT/business testing. You will develop and review strategies, creating test strategies and plans for integration, non-functional testing, performance, and UAT, while also reviewing and approving plans submitted by third-party partners. You will manage the test environments by defining requirements and contributing to their setup. Additionally, you will set standards by defining and enforcing testing best practices for both internal and external teams, ensuring a high-quality testing process. Maintaining quality gates will be part of your responsibilities, ensuring control over code releases into testing and staging environments through a strict quality gate process. In team leadership, you will manage Test Leads by assigning responsibilities and providing guidance throughout the testing lifecycle. You will oversee testing activities, from the creation and execution of test cases to facilitating user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions with business stakeholders. You will monitor and track defects and other testing issues, collaborating closely with the development team to ensure timely resolutions. Regular reporting on testing progress, issues, and resolutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will also fall under your role. Moreover, you will be responsible for designing and executing various testing techniques to maximize test automation and ensuring evidence of full testing with sign-off from all parties.
