Must:
We are looking for a QA Automation Engineer who has expertise in test automation, quality assurance, agile processes, and CI/CD. You should have a strong understanding of all aspects of product delivery and its relationship to quality. Your role will involve championing, evangelizing, influencing, and advocating for quality within the team and the organization.
Responsibilities
As a QA Automation Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Deconstructing solutions into tests that optimize for coverage and risk
- Developing and evolving test plans for complex applications
- Creating trusted test automation with high reliability and relevancy
- Assessing and advising on the testability of user stories, including acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements, definition of ready, and definition of done
- Evaluating and advising on risk and coverage
- Coaching and guiding the squad and stakeholders on quality
- Being an evangelist and advocate for quality within the organization
- Keeping up to date with new technologies, platforms, and techniques
- Striving for higher quality and higher velocity product delivery
