Requirements
Must:
- I have strong QA testing experience on complex backend systems, both manual and automation.
- I possess strong API testing experience, ideally with Postman.
- I have experience providing technical leadership for test automation.
- I have a good understanding of C#, with basic coding skills and experience in testing backend systems.
- I have experience working in an Agile team environment, collaborating with software engineers.
- I have great communication skills and am happy to mentor others.
Responsibilities
- As a QA Test Engineer / Technical Lead, I will join an Agile tribe responsible for complex billing systems.
- I will take a lead role in test strategy for the team, designing, creating, and maintaining automated as well as some manual test suites to ensure the release of high-quality software.
- I will provide mentoring to more junior QA Engineers, set the test direction, and contribute to Agile ceremonies while working in 2-week Sprints.
- I will collaborate with software engineers to guide and influence them towards achieving increased levels of quality and testing best practices.
Description
I can work from home on a full-time basis, but I must be UK-based and willing to meet colleagues once a quarter. As a QA Test Engineer / Technical Lead, I will earn a competitive package, which includes a salary of up to £65k, 25 days of holiday, Vitality health insurance, a 5% non-contributory pension, and Death in Service benefits.
