Requirements
Must:
- Experience with Assistive Technologies including screen readers, magnifiers, voice control systems, and developing test strategies.
- Good years of accessibility testing experience, particularly in manual testing.
- Competence in managing and delegating workloads in an agile manner while interacting with customer delivery teams.
- Ability to plan and manage the testing pipeline on a month-by-month basis.
- Experience in scoping and estimating effort required for a project based on WCAG-EM testing methodology.
- Capability to independently perform accessibility audits of web pages, desktop applications, and mobile apps using accessibility testing tools and assistive technology products.
- A minimum of IAAP CPAAC certification.
Responsibilities
- Join project teams that drive real outcomes in sustainability, including overhauling government ERP frameworks to reduce emissions and modernizing waste management systems.
- Shape how critical services are built and scaled within our delivery model, actively contributing to meaningful change rather than supporting from the sidelines.
- Work within our Digital Workplace Platforms practice, delivering secure, cloud-enabled solutions that transform traditional IT into agile, user-centric environments.
- Support over 5.2 million devices and 1 million virtual workplaces globally, offering services like endpoint management, virtual desktops, identity and access control, and device lifecycle management.
- Leverage AI, analytics, and zero-trust security to enhance user experience while focusing on sustainability with low-carbon devices and circular economy principles.
