Requirements
Must:
- Strong experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central (or another ERP).
- Good knowledge of finance, supply chain, and operational processes in ERP.
- Automation/integration experience (Power Automate, APIs).
- Confidence with data and reporting tools (Power BI, SQL).
- Clear communication skills to work with stakeholders and solve problems effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own and support Dynamics 365 Business Central, including configuration, AL extensions, security, and troubleshooting.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, using tools like Power Automate and APIs for integrations.
- Integrate the ERP system with CRM, finance platforms, and e-commerce systems.
- Maintain clean and meaningful data, while also shaping Power BI dashboards.
- Train users and produce clear documentation to enhance adoption across the team.
- Contribute to the planning of a future migration to Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain.
