Must:
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in managing and optimizing IT systems and tooling. You should have hands-on expertise with Halo, IT Glue, RMM platforms, and automation tools. A strong understanding of workflow design, automation, and process optimization is essential. Experience in introducing governance, best practices, and documentation standards is required. We seek someone who is comfortable operating independently while also having leadership potential. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary, alongside a strategic mindset with the ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will own and manage our internal IT systems, including Halo, IT Glue, RMM, automation, workflows, and alerting. You will develop the roadmap for internal systems, ensuring they scale with our business needs. Designing, implementing, and optimizing automation, workflows, and integrations will be key tasks. You'll lead IT knowledge management, ensuring that documentation and processes are consistent and reliable. Acting as the subject matter expert and key point of contact for internal IT tools, you will engage with stakeholders across the business to understand challenges and deliver smarter solutions. You will proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity through technology and ensure system performance, compliance, and security best practices are followed. Over time, you will build and manage a small team to support our internal systems and processes.

This is a newly created role with significant scope; initially hands-on but with the opportunity to grow and build a team over time. You will oversee our key systems, ensuring they are fully optimized, integrated, and delivering maximum value to our business.
