Must:
We are seeking a candidate with strong experience supporting Office 365 and related applications. You should have experience with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and network administration. Familiarity with Azure, Intune, and endpoint security tools is essential. While prior experience with the Proclaim case management system is advantageous, knowledge of firewalls and general IT security practices is beneficial. Excellent organisational and time management skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise tasks are necessary. Additionally, we value the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will provide IT support to staff across the organisation and support and maintain cloud-based productivity tools, such as Office 365 and SharePoint. You will manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Azure, set up and maintain email accounts and mailbox systems, and configure and support communication tools like VoIP or video conferencing systems. You will also provide support for the Proclaim case management system, maintain IT security, including endpoint protection and monitoring, support local networks (LAN/Wi-Fi) and troubleshoot connectivity issues, as well as install and configure hardware and software, including printers and peripherals.
Description
This is a full-time, permanent position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. The salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000, depending on experience. We are based in Newcastle and are excited to find an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our busy IT team.
